I truly enjoy the episodes and just last night told my fourteen year old daughter about the show. She watched all of the shows and wanted them to be longer. We at my job and her are hooked and look forward to Thursday’s. This would be a great show for TV, and replace these pointless and degrading reality shows. Simply, Thank you for the real. The tool box is great as well. Kudos to you all.

All I can say is… powerful! I am so glad that she kicked that bum out! I hope that Uncle Bo is okay, poor guy. As far as this on tv… please don’t! We here in Europe are enjoying this show so much, I believe the message is touching many, whether they are struggling in this mass or not. Should this go on American TV, we; all over the world will be shut out. We who have found and are loyal to this show and support it from afar will be forced to seeing international blocks and relying on the few recaps, if any exists. Keep this show free for the world! Keep this thing going… I and a whole lot of people world-wide, need to see how a woman fights against a world that is trying to keep her down, because if she can do it… so can we! Thank you for another great episode… spreading the word— keeping the Ocean free!

Man ! Uncle Bo, no..usually I dont like to see Black Men with white women, but hey I feel HIS loneiness (hope I spelled that right) Good thing those kids are not mine cause I would have told them to go with they Daddy (trust he would have brought them right back as soon as one of them said they was hungry) Poor Lupe!

POWERFUL!!!! I thought that I wanted to see this on TV, but they would only try to change it. Let it be free here and no changes to the scripts. Hope Uncle Bo pulls through. Monica great acting skills. Thanks

Amazing, I couldn’t stop watching it. Hey it makes me think of Jada Pinkett, this is something dear to her heart. Robert has she seen it, I wish blcak people could work together. Bill Cosby only failed at buying a major network because there were not enough support from his own people. Sure we can use the excuse that they wouldn’t let him, but when ever we mass as a united force they have never been able to stop us.

These episodes were awesome…I can’t wait to see more. Mr Robert Townsend has truly out done himself. I thought that I could only watch one or two episodes just to see what this show was all about but I became hooked and found myself talking to the characters through the screen. This has everything….romance, drama, spiritual situations….it kept we wanting more. I was a single mom and could relate to alot to these situations. Please hurry and bring on the next season!

I love this show, this was one of the best episodes. I’m proud of Ocean standing up for herself. The kids really don’t understand that she just did the bravest, and smartest thing for them. The husband is dead wrong for using them kids in that way, he is abusive all the way around. Shame on him…..Get well soon Uncle Bo Can’t wait for the next show, keep em coming. This is my favorite show, right now. Good job Mr. Townsend

Go, Ocean! You’re taking a stand. I love how you’ve moved from being angry to saying Treena is your child and you will do anything to protect herI thought things didn’t look right–that Senior was crossing boundaries.

About time Ocean…you finally got a backbone…now the world is yours…you go Girl!

Powerful!!! Is the book out yet? This would be a best seller. I have been up since 5 am, and I can’t stop!

  13. Sheryl B says:

Finally, Ocean yanked the blinders off. It was way overdue for Senior, who is not mature enough to even carry that name, to be stood up to by Ocean. You go girl!! There is no “reality show” that I can think of that can match this series..This is true reality.

As I read these comments I am happy to note that no one is commenting about how someone looks or what someone has on. I love that message is so clear that it is all one wants to speak on, the powerfulness of the actors, the story line and most of all the relatable message that no matter what color you are you have felt the loneness, the pain , the struggle and the sun at the end of the rainbow.

Who is singing at the end of the show? What is the name of the song? They keep saying “Holy Spirit.” I love the person’s voice!
