Ocean faces her big fear about college and is hoping for family support. Uncle Bo gives her sage advice. Peggy’s sister, Jewel, finally pays her a long awaited visit. Later, a trip to the doctor reminds Peggy how inept she is at navigating her new “class of poverty.” Lupe and Ocean, thankfully, are always there to “school” her.
Ms Avon is finally getting some backbone, bravo to you Ms Avon. Ocean has a lot to learn about herself and men. I believe if you go back, you stay back. Usually, its never better the second time around. This is real. I love this episode, it’s revealing the type of person Oceans man really is. Waiting and anticipating episode 13, this is getting good!!!
I LOVE these shows. I HATE To see them end. This is what we need on BET or TVONE. OR CBS Or ABC. Each episode is so relative to life and the cast is diverse. You have lots of groups represented, senior citizens, teenagers, children, white, black, latino, good male, challenged male with problems and attitudes (Jr). Leon is so FINE!!!! Good to see Richard Roundtree and Billy Dee. KUDOS!!!!!

I am hooked on this show. I think the episodes are too short. I wanted this episode to go on and on. When Ocean allowed her husband to come back I told my husband it was only a matter of time before he reared his ugly head again.
Love this show, I knew her husband was gonna do it to her. She should have never let him back into her life.

BRAVO !!!!!! When is BET going to pick this up ? There is a world of prime time missing out on this jewel of a show not to mention single struggling mothers who don’t have computers but televisions. It’s time to move this to TV Mr. Townsend, the rest of the world needs to see this. Some depressed and struggling mother needs to see this.
This is a great show, it’s a shame we have to watch a black sitcom online. What about the people who can afford internet service. There are no black show currently on network TV, what up with that…….

Watched this because its Townsend. He always gets it done and I never hear him complain about much of anything, just get it done. Dont concern yourselves with BET and other networks. Im going to the BFF now mostly because of Townsend and I want to find out what is my role in keeping this Idea going. Im in IT so I have some ideas and I will hop to it.

The sad thing is I knew Sr. was going to take it back to his old ways…just was waiting…but I feel like she shouldn’t of taken him back in the first place…after all he did rape her..Married or Not! Although as a single mom I know what it feels like to have friends and family and still feel alone because you don’t have a partner and you have to accept the fact that your child father is not what you thought he was….its a hard road…I wonder where all the Mikes of my world are LOL
I know how Ocean feels, but sometimes you have to do what’s best for you. although, she wanted senior to be in there kids life, he was a abuser, and they never change. I knew he was, after I first saw how ocean reacted when mike touched her. I knew then that she was a victim of abuse! I hope she kicks him on the street like the dog, that he is. if he really cared about her, he would never have hit the mother of his children. what an example he’s setting for his son!!!!!! he’s just an example of what society thinks that black men are all about, beating on women!!!!!!!!

I thank God for this episode, it reminds me of how the devil can try to fool you into going back to that old mess and filth to keep you from seeing the good God has for you…satan always tries to make you justify that old mess and get you thinking that there’s good in it, good can come out of it but no good is in it. sometimes we just have to let go of some people. As far as that mean sister, good can come out of that because God is our ultimate and only supplier..not people. That woman doesn’t even realize that the only reason she is well off is because God allowed her to be..and that can change at any moment.
