I Feel Bad For Trina….A Complete 360 From When She Got There. She Didnt Wanna Be There…..She Leves And Doesn’t Want To Go. But I Agree With Ocean. Even If She Comes Back She May Feel Disposable. It May Have Went From Bad To Worse For Her. I Have No Idea How The Season Is Gonna End, LOL.

This series has really turned into something special with these last couple of episodes. I liked it before, but now I’m finding myself sucked in to the characters and the drama. Great stuff, looking forward to the season end and season 2!

this ep was a def tear jerker!! trina is so lost! i can understand how ocean doesn’t know what to do with her. i didnt like how the uncle was trying to guilt trip her into taking on trina.
Trina needs some family support. Ocean needs to set some boundaries with her and hold her accountable for her actions. Be honest with Trina about why she needs to make better decisions with her life and respect Ocean’s household. Kids need and want boundaries, but they also need to know some of the mistakes adults made that short-circuited their dreams and how they want better for their children.

Mr. Townsend, thank you for this series. I heard you on the Tom Joyner show this morning. (107.9fm) This is very inspiring and encouraging. You definitely picked the right people to play in this show. As a single mom it is rough; but like Ocean, I can’t give up. I have to bloom where I am planted.
I feel you on that! I have a teenage daughter and she sometimes is off the chain. I try my best to set some boundaries, but she seems to get around them. I do need to be a hard “A” on her. She wanted me to let her learn on her own. Of course she thinks she knows more than me. Well, I did that. She is not a virgin anymore and I am so hurt. I feel guilty because I gave her some space. No babies though! She’s on the pill now. I get very angry with her even more because of what happened. I have been through such an emotional rollercoaster with her that I am sort of numb to her feelings. Am I wrong for feeling like this? Sorry to ramble on like that! I just gotta keep praying for wisdom and strength to deal with the situation.

The three actors interceded at different times when they were really needed. You didn’t see much of them but their performances were excellent in the time they were allocated (Leon, Billy Dee, and Richard Roundtree). I would like to commend them all, and wish we had more role models such as those when I grew up.

This episode somewhat upset me…Bo should’ve got on the little girl for the bad things she’s doing, tore her tail up and stop trying to make it seem like it’s all Ocean’s fault when she’s clearly trying to help the girl. Bo is the one whose selfish, he is the one who needs to try!!! That whole section contradicted itself..hes saying that even though the girl is not Ocean’s responsibility, she is Ocean’s family…well hellooooo Bo, the girl is your family too so stop being lazy or give the girl back to her mom. He certainly had the wrong attitude ugh!(okay calm down, i cannot get angry over this)

As a filmmaker, I am pretty picky about the shows I spend my precious down time watching. This one is really easy to get attached to. It’s dramatic, funny, it has a lot of heart, has content that I can relate to…and it’s clean!
