Slowly, the three flat apartment building that Ocean lives in starts to seem a little brighter and little more like home. As Ocean continues her quest for happiness and peace, she encounters Mike, Sophie’s father. Mike arouses an emotion within her she had buried deep inside and almost forgot existed. Ocean reaches out to Peggy and builds a bond with her grandson Ian, who is coping with the loss of his mother, who left him years before she died.

I was a single teen mother, who dropped out of high school when I got pregnant. I got my GED and, eventually, finished college. Some people think a GED is not as good as a high school diploma, but I’ve been able to do everything a high school graduate can do. Later, I taught adult education to prep people for the GED test. Don’t let anything hold you back!

Wow!! i understand this it’s about the single mom, but I would like to see more from the children characters, because they have struggles on a level that surpasses that single mom why do you think Sophie has an imaginary friend? By the way, she is GREAT!!!
