Former Midwesterner and current Los Angelean, Nikol Hasler is the mother of three sons. She grew up in the foster care system, moving frequently. By the time she graduated from high school she had been in 15 different placements. At a young age she developed a dry, sometimes dark sense of humor, as well as a love for writing and performing. In 2007 she and a schoolmate began producing a web series, which gained national media attention.
Since then, Hasler has been a speaker at Yale, YPulse, and many other media or heath and sexuality related events. Her book, Sex: A Book For Teens, sports and endorsement from former surgeon general Dr. Jocelyn Elders. She has appeared on Nightline, various morning shows, and The O’Reilly factor. She’s worked for Adult Swim and Comedy Central. Currently she is a producer for One Economy Corporation. |

Dan Fellini is executive producer of The Public Internet Channel, and serves as a writer, producer and director on Real American Family. He is also co-creator of the show. Dan lives and works in Portland, Oregon, where he lives with his wife and dog.
Dan studied at Emerson College in Boston, and worked for nearly a decade throughout New England as a newspaper reporter, photographer and editor. He’s spent the last 10 years producing for the web — the last four of which at One Economy Corp.

An alumnus of the Dr. Bill Cosby Screenwriting Fellowship, Allen Sowelle was hired by WWE films to rewrite the Lion’s Gate release, See No Evil, directed by acclaimed music video director, Gregory Dark.
Sowelle’s editing credits include, Discovery Channel’s hit series Ice Road Truckers, Monster Garage, and Impact: Stories of Survival and Gospel Music Channel’s Faith & Fame: Walter Hawkins. Allen also edited the feature length Afro Ninja: Destiny, based on the Youtube sensation “Afro Ninja.” Former Military Intel Operator, Gang Interventionist, high school teacher, Sowelle earned his Bachelor’s Degree in World Lit at UC Santa Cruz, as well as completed work on his Master’s Degree in Teledramatic Arts & Technology at CSU Monterey Bay. Allen serves as Director of Video Production where he guides a standout team of creative individuals all dedicated to enhancing the visual presence and storytelling aspects of One Economy. |

Devon Lee is responsible for co-directing, developing and delivering rich educational video resources and curricula for diverse communities. Recognizing the influence of media on society early on led Devon to obtain a B.A. in Film Production and a minor in Asian American Studies at San Francisco State University. Devon has produced media for Just Think at the 2000 Backyard Children’s Festival and a seasons worth of episodes of “Hip Hop University” which aired on San Francisco Public Access. He has also produced music videos with Bay Area rappers Messy Marv and Guce and with indie band Sherwood. Furthermore, Devon has been involved in various short films, the most recent of which is produced in Casco Viejo, Panama. Devon has also played the violin for thirteen years.

Ayana Hampton is an artist working in Los Angeles. Of particular import are her commitment to stand up comedy, innovative arts education, and an impulse to create art that counters pop-culture’s uniquely palatable and toxic charm.
A native New Yorker, Ayana began honing her craft at Dallas’ Booker T. Washington High School for the Performing and Visual Arts. Upon graduation in 1999, she was admitted to Smith College. From there, her classical training extended to London’s British American Drama Academy. She completed her MFA at CalArts. Concurrent with her graduate studies, in Los Angeles, Ayana developed and lead a playwriting course with C.A.P. intended to match Franklin High School students with current CalArts graduate students: Panthers with Pens. Summer 2010 offered a rich collaboration with the LA Phil and its 41st annual SUMMER SOUNDS music festival live at the Hollywood Bowl. Fall 2010 presented a dream collaboration with Real American Family that, ideally will only deepen and flourish. She recently released The Ayana Hampton Show. |

Dee Shiver is an actor/comedian hailing from Washington, DC. He has lived all over the east coast, so much that he had seen 9 different school changes by the time he graduated from Chapel Hill High School (NC). Dee was recognized for his community service by being named the President’s (Bush Jr.) Student Service Award winner of the state of NC. With all the moving, Dee looked to basketball as the only consistent thing in his life. As a freshman in college he walked onto a nationally ranked community college team. By the end of the season he was a starter.
After taking an acting class in college for an easy A, Dee was bitten by the acting bug. While saving money through a job as a GM of Ruby Tuesday (Baltimore, MD), Dee began plotting on a way to get to LA. Since arriving in 2007, Dee has gone from living in his car to beginning to make his dream a reality. His credits include principal roles in commercials for Dell, AT&T, MSN, Busch Gardens (Fl), and most recently State Farm alongside 2 time reigning NBA MVP Lebron James. Dee has also Guest starred on the pilot episode for Jamie Foxx’s hit show on MTV “From G’s to Gents”. In addition to acting Dee has also produced a fashion show at the Staples Center during halftime of an NBA game and casted for Snoop Dogg’s “I Wanna Rock” music video. Dee remains humble because he realizes that he has come a long way from growing up in the rough areas in DC. Dee is honored to be a cast member on RAF because he connects with the show’s overall mission because he has lived the target audiences’ life. |

New to the writing and acting scene, Rob Watts brings a spontaneous and creative energy to his work. Rob was born and raised in Oakland, Ca, and was a student athlete for most of his life until an injury ended his track career during his Sophomore year of college. it was at this point that he decided to pursue his passion for academics and the arts. During college he took part in several plays and school projects. After graduating from college in 2007 with degrees in Africana Studies and Communications, he began working with emotionally troubled youth in the public school system. In 2009, Rob teamed up with college friends to develop the web based production company, Midnite Snackin’, which used satirical humor to address social, political and cultural topics. Rob is currently writing, acting and producing web material and working towards his Master’s degree in Social Welfare. |

Atul Singh, originally from Texas, has come to Los Angeles after several years in New York City. In the entertainment industry, Atul prides his consistent work in standup comedy, improv, acting and sketch-writing. His stand up career has included performing at the top clubs in New York City and Los Angeles, as well as opening for Russell Peters. His acting credits include feature length and short films that have been featured at various festivals. His website is being upgraded, but maintains a presence at www.atulsingh.com.
Outside of entertainment, Atul graduated from The University of Texas at Austin and has previously worked for The Federal Reserve, The Rockefeller Foundation and DJ Rekha. You can see him perform with his improv team, FawnHawk at the Westside Comedy Theater in Santa Monica on the first and third Mondays of the month at 9pm.
