Harvest of Dignity is brought to you by the following organizations:

Student Action with Farmworkers (SAF)
SAF works with farmworkers, students, and advocates in the Southeast and nationwide to create a more just agricultural system. Since 1992, it has engaged thousands of students, farmworker youth, and community members in the farmworker movement. SAF offers internship and fellowship programs for college students to provide much-needed skills, energy and time to farmworker organizations while using documentary work to document their experiences. It also offers the Levante Leadership Institute for middle, high school and out of school migrant youth. SAF coordinates an annual national week of action, Farmworker Awareness Week, to raise awareness about farmworker issues on our campuses and in our communities.

North Carolina Farmworker Advocacy Network (FAN)
FAN is a statewide network of organizations that work to improve living and working conditions of farmworkers and poultry workers in North Carolina.  Since 2003, they have collaborated to bring workers’ voices to the legislative process.  In the past, they have identified and led campaigns to improve housing conditions, pesticide safety and wages. FAN’s current Harvest of Dignity campaign is working for safe places to live, safe places to work and strong enforcement of existing laws for farmworkers.
